Does anyone have any tips for losing weight after having a baby?? What exercises are best to tone up those areas that seem to have expanded since falling pregnant? What exercises are best with a baby in tow?
How much weight should you aim to lose and over what period of time?

Im sure many postnatal Mums would appreciate any advice!!

Seph is 8.5 months and I have lost about 2 stone with about 1.5 to go. I have lost most of my weigh with Weight Watchers, I found it a perfect diet for me, however I still have a mummy tummy, and seriously need to start doing some cardio work to get rid of it.

I gained 4 stone when I was pregnant, I dropped a stone when Seph was born (Well in the first month - I guess water retention etc) I'm so frustrated, I want to get this weight off but mainly I want to tone my belly up for my honeymoon, I don't want to wear a tanktini or swimming costume (Not that there aren't some ok costumes out there) I'm 24 I want to wear a bikini and feel confident.

Do you know I go on my hen do in a week and a half and I am going to be wearing my manky, trusty old maternity tanktini I refuse to buy another and I can't wear anything nice yet.

I havent been out at all recently due to being unwell and it was being ill that has left me with the extra weight! Now Im able to go out I dont want to because I know Id look a state! Half my clothes are getting tight and I can afford to buy stuff to wear now and not wear again whe I lose the weight. Its so frustrating!
