One big bag?
One small bag just for labour (snacks one outfit/nappy for baby etc) and one bag for the rest of the time?
What do you think is best??

I don't know what is best, but I had one bag for labour and all the bits I would need, including labour shirt and PJ's and shower stuff for after. I also made a bag up in case we needed to stay in, but I left that in the car.

I would say 2 bags - one big one for your stuff and one smaller one for personal bits - like snacks. Just in case you have someone else in after the birth and you are looking for your lippy or something - you dont want FIL coming across your disposable knickers!!!
