Not long now...I hope!

Would seem that over the past few days I've been having a show. Phoned mw earlier and was told all sounds ok but to call labour ward if pains change and get worse. If Steven hasn't arrived by the 30th, I have an appointment for a sweep so despite things feeling like they are taking forever it finally feels like it won't be too much longer! At least, I hope it won't as I'm getting a tad fed up with the back pain and the mild period type pains. Never was good at being patient and keep wishing he'd either let up or hurry up and get on with it!

Oh Evie I hope its not long too, this last bit really does seem to have dragged out for you xxx

I think it's the anticipation that makes it worse...you know it's not long which makes it seem longer than ever if that makes sense...sort of like a near xmas. If he comes today or tomorrow though I will not be impressed...not if it spoils Nathan's birthday. I know it's something I have no control over but I just hope he waits until after Nathan's day now, silly as it may seem I want to make his day special so he doesn't feel left out at all.

That's for sure. Have been spending the day celebrating Nathan's 2nd birhtday and have had twinges all day. Scared myself silly earlier as had to run to the ladies only to find my liner was a bit damp so might have to get checked to make sure my waters aren't breaking or anything. Thing is, I didn't feel like I needed the loo at all until I went into the ladies but when I saw the liner was damp it confused me as I hadn't felt anything. Oh well best get checked out later I suppose but it's probably nothing.

Hi! Yep, Nathan had a great day yesterday, totally wore himself out though but really had a good time which is what matters!
I'm ok today, had a few twinges but nothing major...unfortunately. Had a sudden energy spurt earlier but seem to be feeling a bit strange again now, though still got energy. Just wish Steven would hurry up and arrive now!

Hopefully you won't...it's probably just me and bad luck. Still, I'm just glad that, when compared to how I felt with Nathan, this pregnancy has been pretty easy. Was nearly stuck in hosptial with Naj as was so ill but think it might be a case of it runs in the family as my mum had a terrible time with both me and my sister. Still, the end result will be well worth it.
